P.H. Hull & Sons Ltd has invested in a 70 kWp solar PV system to power their Leicestershire based recycling plant. With four generations of experience in the provision of waste recycling and being green. P. Hull & Sons are again generations ahead and raising the bar by investing in green and sustainable technology to run their already environmentally friendly site.
Working with Loughborough based renewable energy specialists CJ Solar (www.cjsolar.co.uk). P. Hull & Sons Ltd was advised on the best system to suit their requirements to give them the optimum output to generate electricity to run their recycling plant.
Directors Robert & Ashley Hull said: “We are really pleased with our new solar PV system, it will provide some of the electricity we need to run our plant and reduce our grid consumption, with rising energy costs it has future proofed our energy costs and protected us from rising energy bills allowing us to stay competitive.
