£7k raised for Samworth Brothers charity challenge
The team 'Nothing Wasted' completed the gruling Samworth Brothers Elite Challenge on Saturday 17th June and have raised £7k for Rainbows Hospice for children and young people.
The team 'Nothing Wasted' consisted of Robert Hull, Ashley Hull, Scott Davidson and Sam Bird.
The elite challenge consisted of a series of challenges and time trials, whilst completing:
- 3hr fell climb up Skiddaw, Keswick, Lake District
- 3hr canoeing on Lake Derwent
- 3hr cycling through Skiddaw forest
We are so pleased to have been given the opportunity to participate in the event. Thank you very much to everyone involved in the event, it was incredibly well organised and a tremendous event for all the benefiting charities.
