It gives us great pleasure to welcome The Compleat Food Group’s Clitheroe site as a new customer of P.H.Hull & Sons Ltd.
The Clitheroe site is the # 1 provider of pre-packed chilled olives and antipasti to the UK.
The partnership with P.H. Hull & Sons Ltd will support the team at Clitheroe with their vision to balance sustainability, efficiency, and quality, while we strive to get the site recognised for their already successful on-site recycling activities.
The site at Clitheroe is well aware of the best waste and recycling outcomes available to them. These strengths will be further enhanced now that P.H. Hull & Sons Ltd have installed new compactors and balers on site with very little disruption. Site Services HS&E Manager, Roy Patchell, commented that:
“The changeover was seamless. I thought it would be more painful than it was. The process took three hours and had no effect on business operations.”
The compactors are the latest, state of the art waste handling equipment and feature telemetry to alert when nearing full so our Operations Team can make collection arrangements only when required. All repair and maintenance is provided by a Mastercare Service organised through PHH.
The site team have received training on the customer portal system - a bespoke customer reporting facility that tracks recycling volumes, outcomes and financials. It also stores all compliance documents and equipment service details in one easily accessible place.
We can’t wait to start working with The Compleat Food Group Clitheroe site, helping them continue to meet their recycling and waste reduction needs. We will be there to support them with bespoke innovations and collaborative engagement.
