PH Hull: Always here to help
This month the office received an emergency call late in the day from one of our customers that their Fork Lift Truck (FLT) had broken down and their FLT company could not get to site until the morning.
Whilst this was not a usual request for PH Hull, we knew how imperative the FLT was to our customer and the knock on impact that this would have on their business. We knew it was an emergency. We had to help.
We loaded up the FLT from our yard and took it to our customer with all it's paperwork, so after initial safety checks, the company could keep going through the night.
Our business is our customers and this was an illustration of where our ethos came into action.
