SmartParc SEGRO Derby & HelloFresh!
We are proud to announce our latest partnership with SmartParc SEGRO Derby, and their first tenant HelloFresh!
SmartParc SEGRO Derby is a revolutionary, 155 acre business park in Spondon, Derbyshire at the cutting edge of modern food manufacturing. The campus style hub offers flexible “state of the art” spaces, ranging from starter units at 3,500 sq ft to manufacturing units up to 400,000 sq ft. The flagship site will be home to the first low-carbon food manufacturing community in the UK, offering a shared distribution hub and services, whilst working together to improve sustainability and reduce costs.
We are thrilled to be supporting HelloFresh at their new site “The Orchard” at SmartParc SEGRO Derby. We have provided HelloFresh with a bespoke “total waste management solution”, including equipment by local recycling equipment manufacturer Kadant PAAL, as well as training for site staff on the equipment and processes. The site will receive recycling and waste collections as required. In addition, HelloFresh will receive up to date compliance support, and weekly waste reporting to help them manage their waste levels. All data and reports will be accessible at any time through P H Hull’s bespoke Customer Portal.
By effectively implementing recycling solutions for all their waste streams, not only will their environmental impact and carbon footprint be reduced, but the financial returns will also increase profitability for the site. We look forward to partnering with HelloFresh & SmartParc as they continue to grow and work together towards a greener future.
